Release Note Summary 1.3.69. This release note summary covers key features and changes released as of August 13, 2026.

When creating Account Face Sheets, users can now display custom datasets in that Face Sheet by using a new Account Dataset Reserved Word
- You need the appropriate permissions to the dataset to see it in the Reserved Word, and the dataset must be valid and active

A new configuration option allows organizations to select housing sites from their organization list. This was implemented because sometimes housing is owned outside of the organization. This option allows them to select from those sites. In addition to selecting the option, all that needs to be done is to set up each of those 3rd party sites as an organization
- The setting to choose whether to use the Housing Location, Housing Organization, or both, is configurable in the Account Types configuration
A new reserved word was added for the Account Housing Organization

A new External Author filter was added to Care Plans to accomodate the plans which utilize external organizational authors
- The Author column has been renamed to reflect that it displays the Author Organization or Account
- A new External Author column can now be optionally diplayed to show the External Author's name
New functionality now allows Care Plans to be approved in Bulk. The Bulk Add Approval option is available via a new button on the top of the Care Plans/Life Plans page and allows users to add approvals, the approver, and the date of that approval for selected Care Plans.
- Only users with Care Plan Edit rights can see the Bulk Add Approval button
- At the end of the bulk approval process, an alert displays explaining what was created

Several account role privileges were updated to match the names of the panels in the account profile and on the account type configuration screen. Mostly just the privileges that start with "Panel" were changed
Account Role Bulk Updates have been removed (previously, the Account Role Wizard was also removed)

Quarantine returns can no longer be configured in lookup lists
Email template types can no longer be configured in lookup lists but email templates remain configurable
Task priorities now have a forecolor and backcolor column that users can edit in configuration > lookup lists. There is also a new application setting, default task priority, that defaults to "normal" for everyone, including the Task List and Workorder priorities
Registration Request Statuses are no longer user configurable in lookup lists

Some changes were made to the site filtering on the Equipment page:
- The site/location is now displayed as a multiselect dropdown filter displaying the "Site: Location" (the same way it displays on the edit equipment page)
  - The site-location text filter was removed
  - The "Site: Location" filter displays as a cascading list to show locations for all selected sites, to make it easier to select the right one

When adding or editing an Organization, users can now choose "Not Selected" as the state
- Organizations can set a default state via the configuration settings, if desired

When editing a Program Workflow, it can be hard to navigate if there are lots of steps or when multiple steps have the same name. A new option was added to display the internal ID of the each entered step. In the near future, the ability to 'jump' to that step will be added

As our pages are converted to a new format, users will start to see changes taking place with the Quick Filters:
- Intead of clicking on a link to the display and apply the filters, users will be able to click on a new Quick Filters button
  - The new button is located to the right of the refresh button
  - The list of quick filters appears when clicking on this button and the filters work the same way as they did before the change
  - Quick Filters are currently only available on a few select pages

The following bugs were fixed:
- The count of Cumulative Points on the Medication Error Scoring page and the Medication Error Memo have been fixed and now count correctly depending on the date look-back and when the last user certification was updated
- A redirect issue occurring when no organizations were defined on the Partner and Provider Portals was fixed

The following cosmetic items were addressed:
- The notes panel on the Edit Dataset page is now more complete and easier to read and understand
- Some of the filters on the Credentials page have been reordered and the text box category filter was removed (this filter was a duplication of the existing multiselect category filter)
